You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. palago is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
palago is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or voter's ID) before withdrawals will be processed. palago reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your palago Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. palago accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. palago does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your palago Account wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the processing time of the relevant financial institution, typically within minutes to a few hours. palago is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by palago within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. palago reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. palago will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. All content on the palago Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout – is the intellectual property of palago or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without palago's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, palago's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform – whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your palago Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
palago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Games.
palago does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. palago will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact palago's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. palago will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
palago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, palago will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.1.
